Establishing a network of refurbishing centers and building refurbishment capacity in the Arab region. Providing “PC donation” and refurbished PCs to underprivileged population in the Arab region. - Providing educational software and relevant content locally for donated computers through cooperation with content providers and digital libraries. - Facilitating technical assistance,  maintenance  and overall computer support through the network of these centers.
